INSTALLATION PROJECT MANAGER - 5 Nos.
• Handing over jobs to Construction Engineers and following up on progress during installation, testing & commissioning.
• Coordinating with customers and ELP staff on any issue at site.
• Handing over completed elevators to the customer.
• Approving petty cash vouchers
• Evaluating and approving subcontract rates
• Attending to site meetings with the Employer & Main Contractor
• Handing over installation files to the Maintenance Engineer
• Overlooking the Maintenance of all units installed in Altair project
• Supervising the Filed Operations staff
• Approving leave of direct subordinates
• Corresponding with OTIS on operational issues & resolve matters
• Handling Employer & Main Contractor complains & take action
• Completing the work within the budget of Altair project
• Enhancing the safety practices in installation and maintenance
• Conducting performance appraisals periodically
• Assisting in Debt Collection - project related
• Conducting Interviews - project related
Minimum 10 Years Experience required in elevator Industry

HEALTH AND SAFETY ENGINEER - 3 Nos.
•Collecting and Documenting Passport, Visa, National ID Proofs, Fitness Certificates of Employees and Subcontractors.
• SFT-01, SFT-02, other Inspections, and approvals.
• Organizing Third Party Inspection for false Cars and Lifting Tools and Tackles.
• Hazard Identification, Risk Analysis, and Documentation. (According to Project)
• Accident/Incident Recording, Reporting, and Investigation.
• SWP Training Programs to all subcontractors on Safety.
• Safety Induction Training for New subcontractor workers and employees.
• Issuing ID cards to employees and subcontractors.
• Tracking PPEs stock status.
• Man Power Updation to Client and Internal.
• First Aid Support- (If any)
• Conducting mock drills on Emergency evacuation, Fire etc.,
• Issuing Fines/penalties to workers who violate Safety Norms at Site
Minimum 5 Years Experience required in elevator Industry

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR - 4 Nos.
• Detailing technicians’ daily attendance and preparing time sheets
• Visiting sites on mechanical adjustments on installations
• Attending meetings with customers when necessary
• Guiding technicians on their daily work
• Attending to elevator modifications, where necessary
• Giving required information to stores when ordering special/ new model equipments
• Training technicians when new models of elevators are installed
• Coordinating with customers during the 2 months following the installation
Minimum 5 Years Experience required in elevator Industry

ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER - 3 Nos.
•Efficient route structuring, callout management, material control, expense control, maintenance repair/test scheduling and continuous improvement actions.
•Utilizes available reporting systems such as callout and sick lift reports and weekly hours reports to analyze and control labor, materials and expense costs as needed, to maintain labor productivity at budget while ensuring delivered quality.
•Meeting contact requirements on all maintenance account s and ensuring delivered quality and customer satisfaction. Includes, directly manage maintenance plans, route assignment and skill set matching for all equipment loaded into the system. Ensure service order are complete. Schedule and perform equipment. Process and safety audits and customer contact visits to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements. Ensure prompt response and resolution to all customer issues/concerns.
•Accuracy, completeness, timeless and legitimacy of all field back reporting. Includes, review and approve filed time and expense submittals, weekly review and approve materials requests, repair requests and sales requests. Ensure all maintenance repair requests are confirmed “contractually covered” and “essential” by a supervisor site visit and contract review.
•Implementing and enforcing company policy, procedures, rules, programs and initiatives pertaining directly and or indirectly accountable to service and repair operations. Ensure the protection maintenance and proper use of company property, including vehicle, equipment, tools and facilities. Ensure safe workplace for all employees participating in service and repair work.
•Fostering a consistent and fair accountability structure and methodology throughout all levels of the service department.
•Minimize departmental and company cist exposure. Including provide assistance to other departments in equipment surveys, developing cist models and analyzing business growth benefit. Directly oversee the introduction of all new equipment from installation and modernization in to the service base to insure strict compliance with the Quality Handover policy.
•Maintain a safely and securely stored service inventory to insure minimum local stock of vital replacement components /parts and supplies. Ensure inventory accounting is kept accurate and current.
•Manage tendered repairs, Ensure a tight and compacted repair schedule is maintained for all planned repair work. Ensure service orders and support documentation to the field, clearly and completely communicate the methodology and expected result of work assignments.
Minimum 5 Years Experience required in elevator Industry
